Bad Service

Last time, I went 2 Penang and I went 2 the Queensbay Mall, I ate at Wong Kok. WTH, bad service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I order something and the food didn't come.
they said that the machine was broken. Can I trust them? But others got their food wor... BAD SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's a long story actually, but I lazy to write. So, bye for now...
